Tammy Gibbs: Founder, Educational Consultant & Certified Executive Function Coach

From a very young age, my belief has been that every child can learn and deserves the opportunity to experience success. I have been in the world of education for 30 plus years, and the best teachers I've had have been my children and my students. Throughout this time, seeing students achieve their goals has reinforced my passion to continue researching and developing programs and strategies that empower students to achieve their potential.

I was educated and trained at Vanderbilt University and earned my Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in special education and early childhood. The formal training I received provided me with an excellent foundation to serve as a public school resource teacher, college professor, educational diagnostician, middle school director, and educational consultant.

My experience raising four children, each with their own learning style and attention needs, in addition to teaching thousands of students with challenges academically, socially, and behaviorally, has taught me that each student can achieve.

Katie Gallagher: Educational Consultant & Certified Executive Function Coach

It is my learning philosophy that every person has the capacity to learn and experience success academically, socially, and emotionally. Each child has their own learning style and set of strengths and needs. I love being a part of a child’s learning journey and helping them gain confidence in themselves while equipping them with tools and strategies for success in today’s world.

I earned my B.S. from Auburn University in Collaborative Special Education and my Masters of Education in Teaching, Leading, and Learning from Lipscomb University. I have a dual teaching license in Special Education and General Education. My teaching experience has been in the public and private sectors across elementary and middle-grade levels.

I have experience working with a diverse population of students and families with a wide range of needs. I thrive in collaborating with families and other specialists in developing and implementing individualized plans to help children achieve their own success and level of independence.
