Shipping Policy

Customers will be responsible for shipping as an additional cost at checkout. Shipping cost may vary dependent on customer location and zip code. The shipping cost quoted at checkout will be the final shipping amount due.

 

 

Return Policy

Customers can return an item/order within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Customers will be responsible for their own return shipping method and cost. We ask that any returns be shipped via trackable method to ensure a timely refund. Customers will receive a full refund upon receipt of return to payment method used at checkout. TGlearn cannot accept any return that has been modified or altered in any way.

 

Damages Policy

If an item arrives damaged, the customer is entitled to a free replacement or a full refund. Please let us know of damages to any products within 15 days of receipt. We will need to ask for photo evidence of any damages sustained to the packaging and product to ensure a replacement or refund be issued.

If a replacement is requested due to a damaged item, the customer will not be responsible for the shipping cost of the new item.
