TGlearn College Readiness Checklist Rating Form (9th – 12th grade) + a phone consultation with an academic coach to discuss interpretation and goals. Checklist evaluates child’s abilities in areas of academic skills, self-understanding, self-advocacy, executive functioning, motivation and confidence, pre-vocational/adaptive skills, and more. It is intended to be used as a tool for identifying areas of strength and need. The checklist can help in determining appropriate supports, future programming, and career options. TGlearn consultant will provide written interpretation of results and create goals to target areas of need to be fully prepared for post-secondary living.
